China Town
China Town, in London, is crowded. It's crowded pretty much all the time and as such this was a challenging joiner to create.
Shooting people in a joiner at a distance is not much of a problem, but when they keep walking in front of you, towards you, away from you, it makes it incredibly challenging, and for that reason this joiner took quite some time to shoot. I'd shoot people's legs, but not their bodies, I'd get their heads but the rest of them, I'd get arms and bags but not heads... Still, all good things come to those who wait and persevere.
China Town, in London's Soho district, is quite small, it's only a couple of streets and can be easily missed if you don't know it's there. But, should you venture down these streets the sights, sounds and smells which assault your senses are fantastic!
I love it!
I love how exotic elements of it ar; I love the hustle and I love the bustle, I love the colour, the noise and especially the smell coming from all the restaurants.
It's definitely worth a visit, just don't plan on spending the day there..

The Unseen collaborator
Every Joiner begins in silence, then finds its structure through its unseen collaborator—music. The tempo sets the pace of assembly; melodies suggest movement and balance. Music shapes the emotional architecture of each piece, guiding where energy builds and where calm returns. To truly experience a Joiner, it should be viewed while listening to the music that shaped it. Only then does the visual rhythm align with the heartbeat, the beat, it was born from.
Each Joiner is created but not yet printed.
This is intentional. Printing every piece in advance would compromise the freedom each collector deserves. By commissioning a Joiner at the moment of purchase, you decide its scale and presence—tailored precisely to your space and vision. Every print is then produced to museum-grade archival standards, ensuring permanence, precision, and exclusivity.
